The easiest way to start this testimonial would be to ask you, the reader, would you spend over 3/4 of a million dollars on a home online from 10,000 miles away and enter into a binding contract? We did, and it because very simply of the complete trust and professionalism of Jill.We first met Jill in 2015 on a corporate relocation moving from NY to GA. Let's be honest, she was assigned to us at the time and we could change if it wasn't working out. Are you kidding me??? Oh so quickly she understood what it was our family was prioritized and looking for, and yes, wow, we found our dream home! We weren't there a year and we were being asked to relocate to Singapore.. First person we called to now list our home was Jill. Fast forward three years, our family finds out in February that we will be moving back to the U.S. and back to the Atlanta area. We made two phone calls/emails immediately. The first, to ask about enrollment for the school of choice for our child. The second, of course that was to Jill. We wanted to work with Jill, and only Jill so much, we made sure before we started she was approved for our return relocation package. Integrity, professionalism, and flat out knowing your profession like no other leaves a lasting impression on a buyer/seller. She earned our respect through her dedication and actions, plain and simple. Want to talk about pressure??? We are in Singapore at 4 AM doing video tour home walkthroughs with Jill. She is showing us every nook and cranny. We see retaining wall issues, we see secret sliding spice cabinets, and every positive and negative of the home we are literally "walking through" sitting at our dining room table at 4 AM in Singapore. How do you spell this out, Jill was never about "the sale", she was all about satisfying the hopes and dreams of our family. She was there all hours and on all mediums. Now that is saying something when your time zone difference is 12 hours. We do a virtual tour of a home and fall in love. 10,000 miles away from online and we enter into a binding contract. How crazy is that? Never! If Jill wasn't on the other end, I can tell you now, never. We almost lost the home during the contract and literally jump on a plane immediately and fly to Atlanta to ensure the next steps. Here is how personal Jill takes this. After landing in ATL, we arrange for a walkthrough of the home, and she is as nervous as can be as though she herself has her name on the contract, because it is all about her client. By the way, when you become to know Jill, you are no longer a client, it is indeed a friendship. You can't tell of course how nervous she is, but she shares that with your spouse later, who by the way is still 10,000 miles away in Singapore trusting these two people to secure their home sight unseen. All along the path towards closing Jill was there taking care, owning, and addressing the little things. I mean, you still have a job to do to eventually pay for this, to have this trusted partner to call at all hours and just say "I've got it", geez what a relief! Oh man, and when Jill says, "I've got it", never a worry, the follow up and intensity is amazing. Yet, all with the grace and composure of a professional. Jill is incredible with the fine touches. Emergency flights and last minute arrangements to an apartment arriving late. At the door of the apartment is a gift basket with plates, glasses, fruits, and more. Family arrived from Singapore and we closed today on our next dream home. At closing, a personal card and gift basket. Are you kidding me, who does this? We first met Jill on a corporate relocation. When it came time to sell, we called Jill. When it came time to return, we called Jill. Our happiness in the home we found is because of the talent, professionalism, and friendship of this person. She earned our respect and trust, but over the years now, we've earned her friendship. Her ethics are beyond approach. To say we are grateful, is an understatement. Most people won't move across the street without interrogating the property. We moved 10,000 miles, and well, because of Jill, we couldn't be happier with our choice.
